What is a congenital blood coagulation factor beneficiary card?
Persons over 20 years of age with hemophilia are eligible to receive a congenital blood coagulation factor beneficiary card. This is part of a congenital blood coagulation factor deficiency disease medical treatment research project set up by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to study hemophilia treatment. Through this program, 10,000 yen will be paid toward the patient's copayment balance of the medical cost. To use this system, patients are required to submit their congenital blood coagulation factor beneficiary card
